Especial Urban Planning about Historical Houses in the Valey of Santa María in Font Roja, Ibi
Query in Consellería de Urbanisme de la Comunitat Valenciana-Master plan-2006-07
In the landscape of the pre-Parc of Font Roja in Ibi, there are several buildings of historical interest, both farms and farms with their own established entity, such as small buildings with a distinctly recall history. The landscape around these buildings is unique and of great environmental value, for this reason that writing a protection planning to recognize and catalog the existing legal frame actions to protect the forest (low forest cleaning, underground power lines, care of the ecosystem ...) and define procedures that the Neighborhood Association along with the City of Ibi can safeguard all the components that make this landscape unique for its geographic location, and environmental physiology.
The area of involvement of this Special Plan is located in the Valley of the rural part of Santa Maria and its limits are, to the south the height of Fernoveta or "Alt de Santa Maria" and the departure of Bizcoy (Cabecet of the little factory and Lloma Plana), on the west by the local road CV-801 to Bañeres Ibi, to the north with the Raco Penyes Vell, Coll of Barber, El Pilar de Ximo, nodding to the waitress, and east from north to south, by the departure of the Barracks, Cabeça de Guillén, rest, and the Pont Horta.
The special terrain and especially the existence of the ravine in the same Santa Maria, and the waitress, where an abundant variety of sources in the past (The font of the Horta Vella, Sixto Font, the Font Santa Marieta, the Teularet Font, Font del Mas de Canto, Font del Raco de Almarra, Minato Pantaneto of the Vell, the waterfall, and Font de Santa Maria), caused an area of irrigated agriculture, with several canals that supplied trusses the various existing plots. As a result of this situation began to appear, since the seventeenth century, many mills taking advantage of water power (Moli de Petuta, Moli at Penya, Moli of Tia Rosetta Moli de Vicari, Moli de LLapissera, and Moli Paper ), and throughout the twentieth century have been built several buildings for the same purpose of working the land with the water.
This figure of planning is designed to recognize and give authority to a rural settlement of more than two centuries old.
