The project's goal is to offer a novel proposal for local small business in Pinoso, in this case the construction of a new center for a hairdresser to expand its services.

New Aesthetic Center is located in a widening area of Pinoso, little densified. The site is located between party in a long, narrow plot but with the possibility of opening a center. The plot is located on Calle Altamira Rico perpendicular to Baden Lucas, one of the main roads of the city.

It is considered that the client has rightly identified its business model to aim to create an Integral Aesthetics Center. This is a growing trend in the sector than traditional salons began offering more services. Clients have less and less free time to dedicate themselves and prefer to invest in a place where all services are available, from cutting hair to the gym to relax through massage and facials. This model allows us to offer additional services they require, retain and sell a wide range of cosmetic products.

In this business model clients spend long periods in the Aesthetic Center at the atmosphere that is offered is of crucial importance. By visiting this beauty salon clients find, in addition to the services offered, a space for socialization and relaxation, which can no longer find in their daily routines.

The proposal seeks to provide functional and comfortable spaces and create an image that differentiates this place from others and to identify their clients. These are the two main aspects of the proposal: differentiation and identification.

We propose a local modern image with its facade differs from other more conventional local area. The main facade would consist of two stripes that contrast the heaviness of concrete with the immateriality of the glass. However, it is intended that the texture of the concrete is a sign of identity of the Center. Better than a classical texture wooden forms, we propose a filigree texture closer to the sensitivity of a wellness center for women.

The texture will bring to the concrete surface closer to the people, calling his attention to the surprise of detail in an area normally considered cold. Especially if it is known standards. In this case, it is proposed that the pattern is inspired by the traditional lace the town of Pinoso. This will make the local image draws attention to clients and they are recognized in the image of Aesthetic Center that will combine tradition and modernity.

In general, the indoor environment must be clean, especially in the area washed and combed, so it is proposed that prevails inside white. Adjusted according to the activities undertaken in each area, distinguishing between the reception areas, private and open beautification and relaxation.

Is proposed to add the same kind of reasons for the facade, or translucent glass ceilings, creating environments related, so that the branding of the Centre accompany clients within the local, using the perception patterns such as "domestic" to achieve the initial goal of providing a cozy and modern at once.

After studying the various ways to bring the texture into the concrete, it was decided to customers to make a wooden simple implementation would make the customer, who is a carpenter.
