Projects 15 and 56 homes with varying degrees of social protection, are part of the development of a new neighborhood in the extension of Paseo de la Cuba de Albacete to the limit with Campollano polygon, which is industrial platform, logistics and commercial the city, and largely the province.




Both coincide in time and in a context of resizing the real estate sector in Spain (2009-2010), initiated after the economic crisis. The design, therefore, occurs at the moment of greatest uncertainty in the economic future, where promoter activity does not enjoy the same guarantees, or customers of the same resources.

The design parameters of buildings have been constant reference to economic measurement of the following:
1-The slogan of the end user must invest the minimum effort to acclimate spaces, thereby reducing the future energy pricing. All habitable rooms overlook outside, all homes have cross ventilation, and all the duct runs are minimal and centralized installation, thereby reducing losses.
2-The buyer spends the smallest amount of money to purchase sq meters in service spaces (corridors, entrance hall, corridors of plant). Maintaining the same quality of spaciousness, customers save between € 10000-20000 investment. Power is also investing in insulation, joinery and facilities, saving coatings, whose variety and price, given the economic climate is large and optimal.
3-The relationship between square meters and will be useful closer to 1, so that the promoter partially guarantees the viability of their business, being the sale price assessed by the administration. This is not enough to just raise it, and has been effected dramatically. The volumes are compact, taking up minimal plot possible. 5-The densification of the neighborhood. We propose a greater number of households whose size is predominantly less than that had been offering in the area. This is to make efficient use of recreational spaces and equipment, as well as increase the potential number of consumers of small businesses, which in turn create urban wealth.


6-Run the phases according to a selection of real demand (rather than produce an offer imaginary or speculative).
The service provided by the consulting firm has focused more on advising the client on product change that resolution based on architectural archetypes.
